Vikings and Crusaders

Crusaders and chivalry, ranging from Charlemagne and Richard the Lionheart (lifetime coins of both rulers I demonstrate), the history of knightly tournaments and battles because of the beautiful ladies, the history of the Crusades from Jerusalem to Narva, the construction of the Narva Castle and life in the medieval castle, the famous masters of the Livonian Order (demonstrating coins of masters from Arnold von Wietinghof and ending with Gottard Kettler), the Livonian Confederation, the Vikings and the way of Narva and the famous in the ancient cities of Navary, the city of Kiev, and the ancient cities.

Route: The western courtyard of Narva Castle, the castle bridge, the Fortuna Bastion, the descent into the Joaorg Valley, the foot of Herman Castle, the stairs of Ghana, houses in the style of "North Baroque", Viru Street, where the Savior Transfiguration Cathedral, Town Hall Square stood.

The tour is conducted by a guide dressed in a Viking costume of the X century.
