Tirvyanto Fishing Museum

Hannukkalantie 29, Hattula, Finland

About the company:

The Tirvianto Fishing Museum, located near the Finnish Lake Tirvianto, is of particular interest due to the original content of the exhibition. The specialization of the museum is the history of the world, and, most importantly, Finnish fisheries.

When collecting exhibits, the creators of the museum sought not only to present objects intended for fishing, but also to preserve the memory of Finnish fishermen and their vessels.

Since 2004, the museum has an exhibition dedicated to the famous Finnish fisherman and crayfisher Kaarl Anttila, who lived in these places in the late XIX – early XX century.
