Didrichsen Art Museum
Kuusilahdenkuja 1, 00340 Helsinki, Finland
About the company:
Didrichsen Art Museum was built in 1926 with the money of Danish businessman Gunnar Didrichsen and is located in Finland. Over time, the Didrichsen Villa was not enough not only for the exhibition of exhibits, but also for their storage, and therefore another room was built. This museum has become a repository for a very large number of paintings and sculptures known throughout the world. Here are stored the works of such famous artists and sculptors as Picasso, Leger, Hiltunen and others.
A feature of the Didrichsen Museum is that it preserves sculptures of the Olmecs and Mayans, which were in America before its discovery by Columbus. These sculptures are unique exhibits, like no museum in Finland.
