In Berlin with a pencil in hand (family tour)
Description:
Social networks today are flooded with photos like “me and the monument”: filming against the backdrop of another attraction has become seductively easy. And I invite big and small guests of Berlin to walk with me in the historical center of the city ... with a pencil and a notebook in their hands: it is their own sketches that help to remember what they saw (and heard). Being able to draw well is not necessary! We will walk from Alexanderplatz to the Brandenburg Gate along the winding route, see the cozy courtyards of Hakeshe-Hefe, the main beginning of Unter den Linden Street and Gendarmenmarkt Square and, of course, we will draw the Berlin TV Tower, the first crocuses, slender columns, sharp spires of churches, trams, ships, signs and bridges, in a word, everything that you like and want to remember. At the end of the tour, each visitor under ten years old who has passed the winding route to the end is given a chocolate medal %)
On the bookshelves at home are notebooks with sketches brought from Paris and Quedlinburg, Amsterdam and Venice - and, of course, from various parts of Berlin. When we look at them, not only sights come to mind, but also funny family stories, experienced in travel and on walks and captured on paper. To the color sketches are pinned bus tickets, dried leaves, cards of restaurants and cafes, and on the last pages are surrounded by a pencil of the palms of our children. Writing your own family history is so easy! Start writing it today!
