About the company:

The Dresden Museum of Transport was opened in 1956 in Johanneum, a former historical museum. The expositions of the museum tell about railway transport, trams, cars, bicycles, motorcycles, as well as aviation and water transport.

The museum contains steam locomotives, wagons and trams, various retro cars, as well as a large collection of ancient wagons.

Here you can get acquainted with the history of the Dresden trams and see the oldest tram in 1895. In the aviation hall, gliders from 1894 are exhibited and the creation of the first German passenger turbojet aircraft "152" is told. The exposition of road transport is represented by the rarest models of motorcycles of the XIX century and a collection of bicycles with a 200-year history.
