Yacht ride
Description:
During a boat trip, you will see two of the Ionian Islands: Paxos and Antipaxos, located near the southern coast of Corfu and see the famous Blue Caves. The yacht will pass through the channel between the skeletons of Corfu and Paxos, offering stunning views of the shores covered with olive and cypress groves, washed by the emerald waters of the Ionian Sea.
According to legend, the ancient Greek god of the sea Poseidon, in love with the nymph Amfitriti, cut off a part of the island of Corfu with a powerful blow of his trident and dragged it into the sea, and thus created the island of Paxos - a paradise for his beloved. According to legend, Poseidon also built a marble palace in one of the Blue Caves.
After arriving at Paxos, our ship will follow along the west coast of the island, past the port of Lacca, picturesque rocky shores with unique snow-white beaches, passes the Blue Caves, so named because of the incomparable blue color of the water. After that, you will find yourself on Antipaxos, a small island whose sandy beaches are washed by the crystal clear sea.
At the end of the program, you can see the fishing village of Sivota.
Currently, Sivota is one of the most important sea resorts of Epirus, the settlement is built on the shore of a small bay, on which small islets are scattered, creating a truly idyllic picture where the sea azure is ringed with embraces of green terrain.
