Love Canal Beach

Sidari is located on the island of Corfu, Greece (Sidari, &Sigma &iota &delta &rho &iota Sidari 490 81, Greece).

Description:

In the resort town of Sidari there is a small beach “Channel of Love”, which is known not only in Greece, but also far beyond its borders. This popularity he received thanks to the legend and associated sign. Legend has it that once the two rocks that now form a small heart-shaped bay were two lovers. But their happiness caused the anger and envy of the gods, so they decided to separate the beloved, turning them into stone massifs that circle the canal.

Since then, it has been believed that if people who love each other swim together across the bay, their love will be eternal, and if a person has not yet found his soulmate, but wants it very much, then he must swim through the arch washed in the rock.

The length of the beach is not more than 20 meters. Due to the fact that on all sides it is surrounded by stone, there are never waves, and the water is always warm, and all this is in the midst of the most picturesque landscapes.
