The village of Dassia is a small resort village located 12 kilometers from the capital of Kerkyra. The eastern coast of the village is more inhabited, since it, unlike the western one, is not so mountainous.
Dassia is one of the most popular beaches on the island of Corfu, not far from it are the airport and the main seaport. Dassia Beach for its cleanliness and safety received an honorary award - the EU Blue Flag.
