One of the most beautiful places in Corfu is Paleokastritsa. The resort is located on the western side of the island. Paleokastritsa was the last resting place of Odysseus during his long wanderings, where he was found by the daughter of King Alkinoa, the beautiful Nausicaa.

Further along the course, the village of Makrades is located at an altitude of 400 meters above sea level. This is a picturesque village with a small population, which is engaged in the production of natural cosmetics and food.
