Pula Cathedral
Description:
The cathedral is the main temple of the city of Pula. The cathedral combines many architectural styles, for example, early Christian style, Renaissance, as well as Gothic.
The cathedral stores a Roman sarcophagus of the 3rd century. Unfortunately, the ancient mosaics inside the temple have not survived to our time, but nevertheless, the temple conceals history. Be sure to see, coming to this cathedral, is a bell tower, which stands separately. It was built in 1707 and is younger than the cathedral itself. Also worth seeing is the park, which is located to the left of the cathedral, it was there that the Church of St. Thomas, which was built in the 5th century, previously stood!
The Cathedral is located at the address: Pula, Trg Svetog Tome 2
