Osijeka Airport
Description:
Osijek Airport is one of the civil airports of Croatia. It is located 20 kilometers southeast of Osijek, near the village of Klisa.
The terminal building, with an area of about 1,300 square meters, provides passenger traffic from 200 to 400 people per hour, that is, from about 100,000 to 150,000 people per year.
Previously, this airport was mainly cargo, but after the war, the authorities invested in the development of the airport and transport infrastructure in general. So, after some changes, passenger traffic at Osijek airport has increased significantly.
There is also a second Osijek airport, which is used for sports and private flights. There is also an annual car show at the airport.
