About the company:
The Zagreb Ethnographic Museum is housed in a building built by architect Vekoslav Bastle in the early 19th century. Originally used for various exhibitions, the building later turned into a museum, which today stores more than 80,000 exhibits behind its walls. At the same time, only three thousand for the rest of the exhibits were exhibited in the halls of the museum simply there was no place.
The main purpose of the exhibition is to tell as colorfully as possible about the history of the development of Croatian culture. There is everything here, starting with precious jewelry made of gold and silver and ending with kitchen utensils and household items. Of particular interest is the collection of Leposav Perinic dolls - all dolls are dressed in real national costumes.
