If desired, an individual program is possible. Ijen volcano, located in the east of the Indonesian island of Java, is famous for two features. The first is a beautiful, bright turquoise lake located right at the bottom of the crater. In clear weather it looks particularly colorful. The second is seromination - residents of the surrounding villages do it there, at the bottom of the crater. Both are worthy of climbing up and seeing with their own eyes. In the crater of Ijen volcano there is a large hot lake of sulfuric acid, along the banks of which local residents in inhuman conditions extract sulfur. In the bowl of basalt gray walls there is an apple-green lake, above the surface of which sulfurous plumes stretch. The lake is located at an altitude of 2,386 meters above sea level. Its depth is not great - 212 meters. At night you can observe an amazing phenomenon, spontaneous burning of sulfur with a blue flame. What to take with you: comfortable shoes, changeable clothes, sunglasses, camera.
