Legian Beach

Legian Beach is located in the village of the same name. It belongs to the Kuta area and is a favorite place for surfers. Translated from Balinese, the name means “delightful”.

There is clear water, a wide and sandy beach and there are all conditions for water sports. Legian Beach is a suitable option for those who want to learn how to surf. The waves in the area are small but constant.

Anyone can rent a board for 5.5 dollars per hour, and training with an instructor will cost about 45 dollars. Legian is a place where surfers compete for the title of best. Many come here to watch the wrestling as well as the beautiful evening sunsets. Along the Legian there are many restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, boutiques and souvenir shops.
