About the company:
The Bali Museum was founded in 1931 by the famous Indonesian architect P.J. Moojen, near the former Royal Palace in Denpasar. The museum complex has four pavilions that symbolically depict the areas of the island of Bali. In the northern part is the Tabanan pavilion, in the collection of which there are national costumes and paraphernalia - masks, weapons, as well as some ancient statues. Nearby is the Timyr Pavilion, where important archaeological finds are kept.
In the center of the complex is the Buleleng pavilion. The building is built in the architectural style characteristic of the northern part of the island. Here are various household items - dishes and clothes, as well as samples of fine art. In the southern part of the Bali Museum is the Kulkul pavilion, which displays weapons used by people during hunting, as well as tools for agriculture. There is also a collection of local art here. This place is perfect for an informative family holiday, after visiting here, you can learn interesting facts about the island, as well as buy original souvenirs.
