HOLY PLACES OF JORDAN
Description:
We invite you to take a short trip to the holy places of Jordan. First you will go to the Jordan Valley to the Baptism Site of Jesus Christ. There is also a small baptismal font under the open sky and an Orthodox church. On the banks of the Jordan, you will have the opportunity to plunge into the river. The next stop is Mount Heaven, which is the mountain from which God showed the Promised Land to Moses. Moving to Madaba – the city of mosaics, where you will walk through the cozy winding streets of the city and see in the Church of St. George an ancient mosaic map of the Holy Land.
