King Hussein Car Museum

King Hussein Park, Amman

About the company:

The late monarch was one of the world’s most famous car collectors, and his collection is made up of more than 70 four-wheeled friends of a man, plus as many more motorcycles. As you can see, the king was not petty and collected only the best in his garage.

One of the exhibits is the 1952 Lincoln Capri, which King Hussein used during his studies in England and during his coronation in May 1953. Another exhibit is the 1936 cord 810, which was donated to the royal wedding in 1955.

Exceptionally rare exhibit - sports "Mercedes-Benz", model 300SL "Gullwing" 1955 release. King Hussein raced in Jordan's Rumman Hill-Climb.

The expositions of the museum use rare archival photographs and documentary films. The multimedia hall, library and gift shop give the visitor the opportunity to learn more about the history of Jordan.
