Mariners' Church, Haigh Terrace, Dú n Laoghaire, Dublin, Ireland

About the company:

The National Maritime Museum of Ireland is dedicated to the history of navigation in Ireland. The museum displays images of sailboats. The most popular exhibit is the model of the ship Sirius.

The museum’s collection is based on numerous materials from the Halpin family, who was captain of the Great Eastern when the ship was used as a cable layer. The museum also displays images of sailboats that delivered food to Ireland during World War 2. Another popular exhibit is a model of the ship Sirius, which crossed the Atlantic for the first time only under steam.

Currently, the museum occupies the territory of the famous Church of St. Michael.
