Anastasia

Anastasia Streltsova is a writer, guide, lecturer, author of unusual travels in Spain.

I am a writer who leads tours and a guide who writes books.

Since 2013, I have been living in Alicante, a city that has become not only my home, but also the hero of my works.

I am the author of six novels and two collections of short stories. My books were published in the publishing houses Eksmo, Scythia and the publishing house of the University of Alicante. Among them is “Castrum Album”, a literary biography of Alicante, in which historical events are intertwined with the fate of people.

I have higher pedagogical, financial and psychological education. I graduated from Alexander Molchanov’s script workshop with a degree in “Full Meter Screenwriter”, received professional training for guides in Madrid and studied archaeology.

Since 2017, I have been conducting author’s excursions. I study materials of municipal archives, ancient documents, newspaper publications, architecture and urban legends.

My excursions are not a listing of historical dates and architectural styles. These are stories about people, love, money, crimes, incredible coincidences and events that changed the fate of entire cities.

I conduct historical walks, themed excursions, cultural travel and lectures on history, art and literature. I have worked with MSC Cruises for many years.

I am interested in showing Spain, which is impossible to recognize from a standard travel guide.

In my travels, history becomes alive, architecture finds a voice, and behind the facades of ancient houses real human dramas are revealed.

A tour with a writer is an opportunity to get inside the story, not just hear it.
