Excursion to the winery of Pares Balta

Did you know that Spain has the most vineyards on the planet? If not, I suggest you check it out in person! We will go on a tour-tasting of Catalan wines, namely to the winery of Pares Balta. The name Pares Balta comes from two Catalan names of winemakers who became the founders of the farm in 1790. However, today, more than 200 years later, things are almost different. Balta pares produce biodenamic and ecological wines. In the late eighties, the first red wine was produced. Since then, the quality of Pares Balta wines has improved every year.
