We offer you an individual walking gastronomic tour of Madrid with a visit to the culinary riches of the capital (the cuisines of all regions of Spain). This is a two, three or four-hour (by arrangement) individual excursion around the capital with a tasting of all kinds of cold and hot Spanish tapas snacks (tapas) in the non-tourist colorful restaurants of Madrid.

I will be your guide to interesting places with “my own atmosphere”, show the maximum number of places in a minimum period of time, tell about Madrid, the Spaniards, their habits and, of course, funny stories from our life in this country. For a gastro traveler, Madrid is paradise. The tradition of "tapas" originates in the late XIX century in the south of Spain - Andalusia. There, various snacks were served for free to sherry - olives, cheese, jamon. The glass was covered with a saucer on which there was an appetizer. Since then, Spanish cuisine has become known all over the world for these interesting and varied snacks. For the Spanish, tapas is a lifestyle!!!
