Monument to Dante in Verona
Description:
The monument to Dante was erected on the Piazza della Signoria in Verona in 1865 on the site of a fountain that existed since the XVII century, but did not function for a long time. The monument was made of Carrara marble by sculptor Hugo Zannoni.
