About the company:

The La Scala Opera House Museum was founded in 1913. It is recognized as one of the most valuable objects of this type, as it gives an idea of the whole era of the development of opera art. It presents scores, musical instruments, elements of productions and personal belongings of the maestro, who made an invaluable contribution to the development of theatrical art.

In the museum you can admire the portraits of famous singers, composers and conductors who at different times demonstrated their talents from the stage of the legendary Milanese theater.

The most valuable exhibits of the unusual Museum are documents and personal belongings of famous musicians - Gioakinno Rossini, Gaetano Donizetti, Antonio Salieri, Giuseppe Verdi, Vincenzo Bellini. Here you can even see the conductor's wand Arturo Toscanini and touch the piano, once owned by Ferenc Liszt himself. Among the exhibits are props used for outstanding productions ("Recognized Europe" by Salieri, popular in Italy comedy del arte).
