In the heart of Naples (historical center)

Visit the largest historical center of Europe. It was here that the city of Nea Polis (known today as Naples) was founded in the fifth century BC. The charm of the historical center of Naples is that the ancient Greek and later Roman streets almost correspond to modern roads. A unique characteristic for the city founded by the Greeks 2000 years ago, which is not found even in Athens. But Naples would not be Naples if it could not combine centuries-old layers of different cultures, traditions and even architectural styles. We will visit two completely different churches in style, see the extravagant Neapolitan “palazzo”, and walk along the “Shepherd’s Street” – a completely unique spectacle where the Naples nativity scenes are presented, there is the whole “Parthenopean soul, including its most unexpected manifestations.” In the scenes, mafiosi, peasant workers, merchants, actors and musicians came together.

At the end of our walk, treat yourself to a cup of fragrant Neapoletan coffee, and if you wish, you can taste local wines, limoncello, cheeses, meat, etc.
