Introduction to Naples

A fairly large area of the historical center of Naples consists of an ancient Greco-Roman city, the ruins of ancient Greek walls, city gates, castles, historical buildings, the cathedral (Duomo), churches, four large parks (city garden, parks Virgil, Capodimonte, Floridian), 20 museums and galleries, as well as residential quarters. From these attractions it is easy to make at least 10 interesting tourist routes: Greco-Roman, medieval, Renaissance, Baroque, Rocco, religious, museum and gallery, etc.
The streets of the city, literally lined with monuments, are filled with the crowd that Naples does. Local folk life, often criticized and misinterpreted, is incomparable to anything else.

We will visit the most important places of this amazing city, and as a bonus we will see the active volcano Solfatara - one of the 4 supervolcanoes of our planet.
