Armageddon Valley

In the Revelation of John the Theologian, the place where the decisive battle between good and evil is expected is quite clearly indicated - the Forces of God and his main opponent. In Hebrew it is called Armageddon. Not everyone knows that it exists in reality and is located in Israel 10 km from the city of Afula. This is the name of the valley located at the foot of the majestic hill of Megiddo.
Interestingly, it was this place that Napoleon considered incredibly convenient for a big battle, and battles there periodically occurred. Now it is a park with an amazingly beautiful landscape and relief.
The best way to get to the valley is by rented car on Route 66. From Haifa, tour buses periodically go here, but in this case you will have to spend more time.
