Beyond the Horizon: The Discovery of Mangyshlak

We invite you to a fascinating 7-day jeep tour of the Mangyshlak Peninsula. You will discover breathtaking landscapes and unique natural sites of Kazakhstan. Let’s start with the Karagie depression – one of the deepest land depressions in the world, and the Seneca sands with endless dunes. We will see the lonely mountain Bokty and rainbow cliffs of Kyzyl Kup, similar to the cake Tiramisu, as well as the Bozjira plateau with fantastic limestone landscapes.

The program includes huge stone balls of Ustyurt, chalk canyons of Tuzbair and Airakta with petroglyphs of the 17th-18th centuries, Sherkala Mountain, Kokkala with fossilized plants of the Jurassic period, Round Stone Valley and Shakpak-Ata Sai Canyon. We will visit the ancient mosques of Shakpak-Ata and Beket-Ata, the sacred places of Kenta Baba and Sultan Epe. We will complete the trip on the sea coast: Zhygalgan, Tamshaly Gorge, Saura Lake and Blue Bay, where you can enjoy sunsets and swimming in the Caspian.

The tour takes place on comfortable SUVs, with a professional guide, camping equipment and food. You will see incredible desert and mountain landscapes, explore historical and sacred places, take many photos and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of silence and power of Mangyshlak.
