Christ Church in China

The Church of Christ in China is the seat of an organization uniting the country’s Christian communities. The Council of the Church of Christ in China is represented in Hong Kong.

The Church of Christ was formed in China after 1918. It is now a four-tiered system, from local churches to the General Assembly at the national level. As with any other large organization, there were difficult situations. As a result, an independent Council of the Church of Christ in China was established in Hong Kong. This happened in 1953.

The council looks less like the church. Externally, its headquarters looks like a modern building in Kowloon. In general, this is practically a business project that oversees all cases related to the Church of Christ in Hong Kong.
