Cheung Kong Center skyscraper

The upper floors of this skyscraper are the headquarters of Cheung Kong Limited and Hutchison Whampoa Limited. There is also a private pool and garden. Other occupants of the building are: Allianz, Barclays Capital, BlackRock, Bloomberg, CIBC World Markets, Fortis, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Co and others.

According to the original plan, HWL planned to add the territory of the nearby 26-storey Hilton Hotel to the building to expand the area of the office and retail complex. Negotiations on this issue were concluded in August 1995. It turned out that most of the current building is located on the territory of the former hotel, while a park was built next to it and a spacious parking lot was built.
