About the company:

The Hong Kong History Museum is one of the most visited museums in the city. It invites everyone to an exciting journey into the past - in any period, from prehistoric time to the present. All exhibits are located in 8 exhibition galleries.

The museum was established in July 1975. The museum exposition with more than 500 objects is located on two floors. It not only tells about the rich past of Hong Kong, but also gives an interactive way to learn the secrets of the universe. Some rooms completely recreate the atmosphere of the city of the XIX century with tea shops, banks, pawnshops, pharmacies and other buildings. Historical films are also shown here.

There are free excursions in English on weekends. The museum is open daily from 10 to 18 hours, except Tuesday.
