Leatop Plaza is one of the skyscrapers that forms the appearance of modern Guangzhou. This 300-meter building was built on July 5, 2012. The construction of such a building was the beginning of a global program designed to create an attractive working environment and top-class office buildings.
The Leatop Plaza skyscraper is equipped with intelligent underground multi-tier parking spaces designed for 838 parking spaces. In the building, all 25 floors occupy offices. The first floor is designed in such a way that the illusion of an open sky is created. From the outside, the lobby passes into an open Chinese garden, which hides the border of the passage from the street into the building. For employees on the floors, only the best conditions are provided: a dining room with a first-class kitchen, which can be compared with dishes from a restaurant, many rest rooms with plants and artificial reservoirs and much more.
