Originating in ancient China, the production of silk ensured its worldwide fame. For centuries, the world’s silk factory has honed the art of making it in the city of Suzhou. In 1991, a museum dedicated to the “history of the creation and journey” of this finest material was opened here.

The architecture of the building and numerous expositions harmoniously demonstrate the connection of times. Here you can see ancient machines and rare silk products, many of which exist in a single copy.

With the technological process, visitors are invited to get acquainted with a small silk factory opened at the museum. And in a small trade and exhibition pavilion you can buy original products of excellent quality.

You can visit this place during a 6-hour excursion accompanied by a Russian-speaking guide. It can involve from 1 to 4 people, and facilitate the movement of the available car.

The tour begins in the Peace Park with hundreds of detailed copies of attractions collected from around the world. Then there is a visit to the Silk Museum and contact with nature in Jingshan Park. And the trip will end with an authentic tea ceremony in the best traditions of Chinese tea drinking.
