The Sports Palace of Beijing University of Science and Technology is a huge multi-sport building built using the most modern architectural and technical solutions. It is located on the territory of the university. Construction of the Sports Palace was completed in 2007. The palace occupies 2.38 hectares of area. Its stands are designed for 8024 seats. The Sports Palace consists of one huge hall designed for training and competitions in various sports. At the Olympic Games in Beijing, judo and taekwondo competitions were held here.
