Lianquan Canyon in Huairo
Badaohe Village, Huairou District, Beijing, China
Description:
Lianquan Canyon in Huairo is a small and not very deep gorge, along the bottom of which a transparent river flows.
You can go down to the river along a narrow mountain path paved with stone. The river has a stone gazebo with a roof in the form of a pagoda and a white bridge with carved edges.
The canyon has an interesting and unusual nature - rocky slopes are covered with grass, moss and coniferous trees, and the river's trees are mainly deciduous, with low hanging branches.
There are many birds and squirrels in the trees. Snakes also live here, but poisonous ones are not found among them.
