About the company:
The Geological Museum of China was opened in October 1959 in a building combining two architectural styles. The building itself has the features of buildings of the Stalin era, but its central part is made in the form of a huge Chinese pagoda. The main exposition of the museum is located in five exhibition halls and has a total of more than 100,000 geological samples. Many specimens, such as the fossilized skeleton of a giant Shandong dinosaur or the fossils of early birds found in Liaoning province, can be attributed to real national treasures. The museum also features rare minerals found in China.
