Old Anting Street

Old Anting Street is a traditional Chinese street with a large abundance of buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties.

The street is attracted by an ancient bridge that is thrown across the canal. Here is built a nine-story tower Yonggan almost 53 meters high. There is an observation deck at its top.

The street also has an ancient Bodhi temple, shops with red walls and black tiles, places for recreation, souvenir and antique shops, traditional Chinese restaurants, bars and other authentic places.

A walk along this street will take visitors to the past. It is also home to a 170 year old high school and a Qing Dynasty Academy. These two buildings give the street a unique historical atmosphere.
