Kali Gastronomic Museum

The Gastronomic Museum is a joint thesis of students who created, with the support of the rectorate, the first museum dedicated to spices and cooking in Cali, Colombia.

The idea was supported by one of the travel agencies, which sponsored the provision of space for future museum exhibits.

As a result, five museum halls are open to all visitors, each containing its own culinary history. You will walk along the “Road of Spices”, find yourself in the Indian era, then in the Age of Conquest, watch the Transition period and complete the excursion to the Modern Time.
