The planetarium is located in Los Deseos Park.
He received his first visitors in 1984. In 2006, the planetarium was reconstructed. And now it is a real astronomical complex with an observatory, the dome of which is 17.5 meters in diameter, a cinema hall for 300 seats, a museum of astronomy and cosmonautics, a library, a recreation area.
Also on the ground floor of the planetarium there is a shop where you can buy a variety of souvenirs that are directly related to astronomy.
The planetarium has developed various scientific and educational programs for children and adults.
