During the XX century, the famous WEF plant was the largest electrical engineering enterprise in Latvia. Its products were well known far beyond the country. The company was a leading manufacturer of PBX, telephone switches, telephones, radio stations, radios and other radio products. The factory buildings and the adjacent quarter were built at the turn of the XIX-XX centuries. During the tour, visitors will learn the legendary history of the production enterprise, see the Palace of Culture of the WEF and the former workshops of the factory. Tourists will visit the Museum of the History of Technology, as well as take a short walk around the New Teiki quarter.
