Recreation center "Lido" on Krasta Street is a place that everyone will like. On the territory of the center of almost 5 hectares there is a restaurant complex and a large amusement park.
The recreation center "Lido" was opened to guests in 1999, and in 2001 the restaurant complex was supplemented by an amusement park. On the ground floor of a huge wooden log house (which is the largest in Europe and is included in the Guinness Book of Records) there is a bistro with a number of seats of about a thousand. Here you can enjoy Latvian cuisine and live music in the evenings. On the second floor there is an express restaurant in the form of a buffet and hot special dishes. In addition, the recreation center is a wonderful place for family holidays.
There are 14 different attractions in the park, for very young and for older children. Fans of outdoor activities all year round are pleased with the largest skating rink in the Baltics with artificial ice, which in summer is adapted for roller skating.
