Kuala Lumpur

River of fireflies and monkeys of Langura

Description:

One of the most fabulous and fascinating sights - it is worth seeing and dedicating the evening to romance!

The first stop is at Fort Altingsburg, which stands on the hill of Melawati, built by the second sultan of Selangor to defend against the invaders. It offers a panorama of the Gulf of Malacca from its top, but the place is popular thanks to the fun, silvery langur monkeys who can sit on your shoulder and eat from your hands. They are fun and will ask you for something delicious. A place that gives a smile! After chatting with cute creatures, we are poisoned for dinner at a seafood restaurant overlooking the river. Then comes the most important part of the program: romantic and magical - a river cruise and watching fireflies. You will have the opportunity to watch giant garlands of pulsating fireflies, blinking from branch to branch, from tree to tree. They say: “And the spectacle itself is fascinating – from tree to tree, from colony to colony, on quiet boats...”
