About the company:

The National Museum of Malaysia is located on the top of the hill of Travers Street. It was built in 1953, near the Lake Gardens.

This is a real temple of art. The walls of the main museum of Malaysia are decorated with magnificent mosaic panels that convey stories from history. Externally, the museum is designed as a traditional dwelling of peasants. It stands on stilts, and its facade is decorated with bright frescoes of large sizes.

Luxury impressive entrance leads to priceless collections: exhibits of local history, folk crafts, culture and art. The museum presents a whole collection of coins and weapons of antiquity, several samples of unique animals and plants of Malaysia.

Visitors can also get acquainted with archaeological finds from Kelantin, with the collection of dolls of the famous "wayang culit" theater, wax dolls "at the royal wedding", car exhibits and other valuables. The museum is open to tourists every day without a weekend, from 9:00 to 18:00.
