Indian ritual of purification "Temascal"

This is a special tour.

It's a ritual. It's a meeting with myself. It is the healing of old wounds, both physical and emotional and mental.

This ritual has passed through the centuries, this secret knowledge that has come down to us from the depths of time. On the physical level, it is the purification of volcanic stones by hot steam. The shaman uses various medicinal herbs, insisting them in water. Inhaling hot steam and sitting in a heated room, you are healed. On a metal and emotional level, it is a cleansing of negative thoughts and emotions.

To the shaman’s songs and the sounds of tambourine in total darkness, you are cleared with healing vibrations and meditation. After Temascal, you will come out as if you were born again, not for nothing Temascal Indians lovingly call “mother of the Earth”. The ceremony begins in the evening at sunset, returning to the hotel at 10–11 p.m.
