Description:
Tres Rios Ecopark is a natural paradise where three rivers merge into the sea and where culture blends harmoniously with nature.
The park covers 326 acres of virgin rainforest with three winding fresh rivers and caves. There are 120 species of plants and 90 species of animals. It is the only natural park on the Yucatan Peninsula that includes three different ecosystems: jungle, mangrove forests and coastal dunes.
Tourists in the park can go scuba diving and swimming in the rivers, kayaking, go on a tour of the rainforest on foot or by bicycle, relax on the white sand beach by the Caribbean Sea, etc.
In order to protect the amazing natural environment of the park, it is forbidden to build.
