The Wax Museum in Mexico City opened its doors in 1979 and has since accumulated 160 life-size copies of the world’s most famous personalities. The museum presents figures of cultural figures, politicians, musicians, athletes and even fictional characters from movies and cartoons.
The museum consists of 14 exhibition halls, where all the figures are placed thematically, either according to the historical time in which these people lived, or according to their field of activity. Here you will see John Lennon, Bill Clinton, Mikhail Gorbachev and many other outstanding personalities of all time.
The museum also has a cafe and a souvenir shop with miniature wax figures.
