Playa Las Animas is one of the most popular and remote beaches from Puerto Vallarta.
This beach is much larger than the famous shore of Playa Mismaloya. From the shore of Playa Las Animas, you can climb to the jungle, see the waterfalls and walk along the numerous trails. Renting a cottage or renting a hotel room will be possible only in Yelap, the city of Jalisco state.
To get to the shore is possible only on one of the excursion boats departing from the pier for cruise ships. Also in Las Animas you can buy a ticket for a water taxi, which departs from the beach of Playa Los Muertos from 10:00 to 18:00.
