Archaeological Museum in Mazatlan

A small museum with ancient artifacts, you can get around it in just half an hour.

Here are exhibits that give an understanding of ancient history and culture. The museum has three spacious rooms, descriptions of the exhibits are given in English and Spanish.

This museum gives a very good view of the Maya and their lives. Here you can see clay figures of people and animals that show the life of Indians in the pre-Hispanic era. You can also see several types of ancient painted ceramics, stone carvings and ancient tools.
