Texolo Falls

Texolo Falls is one of the largest waterfalls in Mexico. Located east of Veracruz, it is 3 miles south of the city of Xico. The height of the waterfall is about 18-24 meters. On the opposite side there are two smaller waterfalls. Texolo Falls has been filmed in several films, including Romance with a Stone, in its most extreme scenes. Clothed with a halo of mystery and mysticism, this majestic waterfall attracts hundreds of tourists.

This mysterious place is associated with many legends that can interest not only local residents, but also tourists. One legend says that in the noise of the water you can hear the voices of dead people. Since the waterfall is very large, its pool is not suitable for swimming. It could be too dangerous. We can only look at the beauty created by nature.
