Aeroflot allows twice to reissue tickets without penalty

Aeroflot has extended the possibility of re-issuance of tickets purchased by customers before May 1. Passengers are allowed to change dates and directions twice without penalty.

To carry out the procedure, you do not need to go to the sales office, you need to contact the contact center of the company or the agency where the ticket was purchased by December 31, 2020.

For the first re-issuance of the ticket for flights until December 31, 2020 with the preservation of the route and class of service, customers do not need to pay the difference in tariffs, if it is, and the validity of the ticket is extended until April 30, 2021.

When issuing a ticket for other dates, itinerary or class of service, it may be necessary to pay the difference in cost, since the price of the original ticket will be regarded as payment for a new one, the cost of which may be higher.

If the flight is cancelled, passengers will receive a one-time 15% discount from the current fare for a new flight. This benefit does not apply to premium tickets. Customers with tickets under the Maximum tariff will receive a single 25% discount from the current tariff for a new flight. Discounts don't combine.
