Crimea in the off-season: a new railway cruise to the peninsula appeared on the market
In the tourist market, there was an offer for railway cruises to the Crimea in the off-season.
The program of a new railway cruise to Crimea was published on the website of the transport company Grand Service Express, which operates the Tavria train to the peninsula. The tourist route is designed for seven days, it will pass through Voronezh, Taman, Sevastopol, Evpatoria, Simferopol, Feodosia, Kerch, Rostov-on-Don.

The price of the tour includes travel, food, excursions. The cost of the trip - in a compartment from 56,000 rubles per person, in SV - from 74,000 rubles.
The concept and cost of a railway cruise to Crimea were commented on by tour operators working on the route.
The first thing that experts pay attention to is the format of travel - a long trip by train will not suit all tourists. Tourists will not have time to walk around the city on their own. n
A similar point of view is shared by the general director of the tour operator Dolphin Sergey Romashkin. In his opinion, due to the format of the trip and its duration, the potential audience of the railway cruise is limited.
The concept of a railway cruise to Crimea is somewhat controversial. Tourists are used to long journeys by rail. Not every traveler is ready to endure a week on the train. This is associated with certain inconveniences on the way, and with the desire of most tourists to “sleep on a solid”. Many tourists now deliberately exclude night crossings by train or bus in favor of a quiet overnight stay at the hotel, he explains.
According to the expert, the excursion program is inferior to the Crimean excursion classics. In the declared railway route there is no visit to Yalta, which is perhaps the most attractive sightseeing destination of Crimea.
